The main thing is to tell us what you sell and what makes your stall special, along with photos of your products, plus any contact details you want to show. The exact details depend on each project.

No. We take care of the digital side; you carry on doing what you do best.
They're used to present your products and your story on your page. The specific terms of use for photos will be confirmed when each project is defined.
In five languages: Spanish, English, German, Italian and Arabic.
The QR code holds the address of your page. Visitors scan it with their phone's camera, tap the link and your page opens. They don't need to install any app.
Yes. The QR code only contains the web address; to open the page, the visitor's phone needs an internet connection, via mobile data or Wi-Fi.
No, RAÍZ does not charge commission on your sales. If an external payment provider is used, that provider may apply its own fees.
Yes, it's an option. It lets you show a catalogue and receive orders. Payment and shipping options are defined for each project.
Depends on the package chosen
Yes. All three monthly fees include simple content updates: one per month on The Showcase, two on The Story and three on The Shop. Unused ones do not carry over. A simple update is a limited change to text, an image, a price or contact details within the existing structure; creating new pages, adding features or photo shoots is quoted separately.

Yes. The domain is yours and must be registered in your name or with verifiable ownership in your favour. RAÍZ ISLAS covers the cost of the first year of an available standard domain up to €15; if the price is higher, we tell you the difference and need your approval before buying it. Premium or special domains are excluded unless specifically agreed. From the second year on, renewal is at your expense. The domain is not bought during the free demo.
Creation times are estimates: 5–7 business days for The Showcase, 8–12 for The Story and 12–18 for The Shop. They start counting once we receive the first payment and all the necessary materials. You have 7 business days to review the final preview, and the site is not published without your express approval.

The demo is free and does not oblige you to buy. For now it is not possible to hire or pay online. When it becomes available, you will receive a proposal with the scope and conditions: you pay 50% of the creation price when you hire and the remaining 50% after the final review and before publication. The initial payment method will be bank transfer. Taxes will be confirmed before you sign up.
Hosting, reasonable technical maintenance, support and simple content changes depending on the plan. The fee starts when the final site is published and operational; nothing is charged during development. Support hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (Canary Islands time), with a first-response target of 48 business hours. We do not promise to resolve every issue within that time, nor 100% availability.

The subscription is monthly with no extended minimum commitment. To cancel at the next renewal, give at least 15 days' notice before it, through the usual contact details; if you notify later, the cancellation applies from the following renewal. There is no penalty and the service continues until the end of the paid period. When it ends you can get your content (a ZIP file and, where applicable, a product CSV) at no cost and manage or transfer your domain.
